The precise calculations for your chart are done by computer, while the interpretations are written by today's leading astrologers. Each personalized horoscope from Astro Energetics is beautifully presented and delivered by e-mail the same day. Free reports are not offered for printed, mailed reports. Free e-mailed reports are only for the same person as the purchased report.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You will be asked to enter credit card details online through our secure server. All transactions on our website are handled using SSL Encryption Industry Standard Security. When a credit card number is processed, it is processed in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to our Verisign processor. Place your order with maximum confidence - your transactions are safe with us! Orders paid for online will receive an automatic follow-up email of confirmation.
We are proud to accept International Orders. Your credit card will be charged in accordance with the current rate of exchange.
Orders for delivery by E-mail are sent the same day, during normal business hours. Please let us know if you have any special delivery needs - we can usually fit these in for you.
For Mailed reports allow 5-10 days for delivery.
! IMPORTANT ! - Do you use a SPAM blocker? If so, you may not be able to receive our e-mails containing the attachments for your reports unless you add our email address (given in your invoice) to your list of allowable incoming e-mail addresses. Astro Energetics is NOT responsible for reports that go to your Junk Folder due to security settings set too high. Also, Astro Energetics is NOT responsible for errors in the e-mail address you give, which prevents your reports being delivered. Contact us if you do not receive your reports.
Astrology reports can be ordered for direct delivery to your email address. We deliver your reports via e-mail in Microsoft Word™ .rtf format, or html and text file format. These formats are easily opened on any PC. If you have a MAC reports are also available in Adobe PDF™ format on request -- just state this preference in the Comments Box on the Ordering Pages.
If
you choose to have your report delivered in PDF format (mostly for MAC users)
you must use Adobe Acrobat Reader™ to open your emailed astrology chart.

third party your name, address or email address. We will not sell to any third
party your name, address, or email address. We will not knowingly disclose your
address or personal details to other parties. In the instance of parties providing
you with technical or mailing services, the third party is also bound by these
terms.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your emailed report, we will gladly exchange it for a different one. This may entail a change in the length of the new report, either way, to compensate for a price difference. We do not give refunds, as your reports are custom created just for you. Please email us about exchanges.
Please note: Regarding mistakes in birth data - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES can be offered on printed, mailed reports if the mistake is not ours.
Before reading
your report, please check that your birth details are accurate. If we make a
mistake in your birth data, we will redo your report as soon as possible (free
of charge, of course!). If you give erroneous birth information (such as an
unknown or incorrect birth time or date) we offer to redo your report at half
price if you contact us about it within 24 hours. We regret we cannot redo reports free of charge, if the error is not
on our side.
Free reports must
be claimed at the time of your order. We cannot process free reports after your
order has been fulfilled.
Please be aware that Astro Energetics reports are merely meant to provide you with some starting points for reflection and meditation about your personality. To receive the most accurate astrology report you need not only your birth date and city of birth, but also the exact time of your birth. U.S. residents can find this information on their original birth certificates. If you do not have a copy of your birth certificate, you can obtain one by contacting the appropriate agency in your state. (Click here for a list of US state agencies). In Europe obtaining a copy of your birth certificate from the appropriate agency, or writing to the hospital where you were born and asking them to search their records often works. Remember to include the following information when contacting these offices and registrars - and the payment requested:
